ORDER MODIFICATION/ CANCELLATION POLICY

No request for change of order will be entertained once the order has been confirmed and placed by the customer.

No request for cancellation of the order and refund of the same will be entertained.

In the event of non-availability of the ordered item, MISHA AGARWAL JEWELLERY will call the Customer to seek alternative options that may be delivered. In case the Customer does not wish to choose any of the alternative options, MISHA AGARWAL JEWELLERY will issue a refund for the full amount through the original mode of payment and it will be credited in their account within 5-7 days. However, MISHA AGARWAL JEWELLERY is not liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability, etc., caused due to non-delivery.

MISHA AGARWAL JEWELLERY retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

MISHA AGARWAL JEWELLERY reserves the right to accept or deny the complaint on the basis of what was promised on the website and general characteristics of the product delivered.

It is to be noted that all product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.

In case of refund, store credit or coupon code will be provided of the refund amount.

Exchanges are not possible as items sold on our website are perishable products.
